2022 – 2023

3WAY — My First Venture

I started my first business, 3WAY, a clothing brand company, in 2023. This venture taught me the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, business management, and understanding market needs.

2023 – 2024

D2M

After 3WAY, I launched D2M, a finance-related company. This experience helped me gain insights into financial management, business strategy, and customer-focused solutions.

2024 – 2025

OdishaRider

I founded OdishaRider, a rental company in Odisha. Within 7 months, we successfully opened 3 branches, providing rental solutions across the region and learning the challenges of scaling a local business.

2024 – Present

3Skill

Currently, I run 3Skill, a thriving education and internship platform. We've trained 3500+ students through our programs, providing practical skills and career opportunities. 3Skill represents my vision of combining technology, learning, and entrepreneurship to create meaningful impact.
